As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.

  • The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Editor).
  • The submission file is in OpenOffice, Microsoft Word, or RTF document file format.
  • Where available, URLs for the references have been provided.
  • The text is single-spaced; uses a 12-point font; employs italics, rather than underlining (except with URL addresses); and all illustrations, figures, and tables are placed within the text at the appropriate points, rather than at the end.
  • The text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines.

Manuscript Submission Requirements

To ensure an efficient and fair peer-review process, authors are required to submit two separate Word files (.docx) as outlined below:

File 1: Author Information File

This file should include complete author details, covering:

  • Full names of all authors

  • Institutional affiliations

  • Email addresses

This document will be used for editorial and administrative purposes only and will not be shared with reviewers.

File 2: Anonymized Manuscript (For Review)

A second Word file must be submitted with all author-identifying information removed to support a double-blind peer-review process.
Please ensure the anonymized version excludes:

  • Author names and affiliations

  • Acknowledgments

  • Funding statements

  • Any text or metadata that may reveal the authors’ identities

Manuscript Template

Authors must prepare their manuscripts using the official Manuscript Word Template.
(Download link to be provided on the journal website.)

Manuscript Preparation

Title

The title should be concise, informative, and accurately reflect the scope and contribution of the research to facilitate indexing and discoverability.

Author Affiliation

For the non-anonymized file, provide full affiliation details, including:

  • Department

  • College/Faculty

  • University or Organization

  • City and Country
    (Zip code is optional.)

Abstract

The abstract should be 200–250 words and clearly summarize:

  • The purpose and motivation of the research

  • Methodology or approach

  • Key results and findings

  • Main conclusions or implications

Keywords

Each manuscript must include 4–6 relevant keywords or key phrases that reflect the core topics of the paper.

Introduction

The introduction should:

  • Provide sufficient background

  • Clearly state the research problem and objectives

  • Highlight the novelty and contribution of the work within the AI research landscape

Methodology / Experimental Design

This section should present a clear and logical description of the research design, models, datasets, algorithms, or experimental setup, with enough detail to allow reproducibility.

Results

The results section should present findings in a structured and concise manner. Tables, figures, and visualizations may be used where appropriate. Authors should emphasize significant patterns, comparisons, and outcomes relevant to artificial intelligence research and applications.

Discussion / Conclusion

This section should interpret the results, discuss their implications, limitations, and relevance to existing research, and suggest potential directions for future work.

Acknowledgments

Acknowledgments should appear before the references and include:

  • Funding sources

  • Institutional or project support

  • Contributions from individuals not listed as authors

Abbreviations

All abbreviations must be defined at first use and applied consistently throughout the manuscript.

Ethical Considerations

  • Submitted manuscripts must be original, unpublished, and not under review by any other journal.

  • Duplicate publication or reuse of previously published material (text, figures, or tables) without proper citation is strictly prohibited.

  • Authors must confirm that the similarity index does not exceed 15%, excluding references.

  • A signed copyright and originality declaration is required upon submission.

Funding sources or institutional affiliations do not influence editorial decisions or peer-review outcomes. AIRAJ adheres to strict ethical standards to ensure academic integrity and transparency.

Text Formatting

Format

Manuscripts must follow the IEEE manuscript template.

Page Limit

There is no strict page limit, provided the manuscript remains concise and focused.

Figures and Tables

  • Each figure and table must include a clear and descriptive caption

  • Figure captions appear below the figure

  • Table captions appear above the table

  • If reused from another source, proper citation must be included

Equations

Equations should be created using an equation editor or MathType and numbered sequentially as referenced in the text.
