Peer-review process

The nature of peer review

  • Peer review is conducted by specialists in the field as well as the most specialized in the scope of the research paper.
  • The paper is referred by the double-blind review process, which means that the data of both the author and the references are not available.
  • The rules regarding the editor's non-participation in the arbitration of the research paper are applied as long as he has access to the researcher's data.
  • The review report will still be saved along with the research paper within the journal system so that the researcher can refer to it at any time.

The auditor has the following responsibilities

• The reviewer is obligated to respond to the initial acceptance of arbitration within one week, and upon approval of arbitration, he is obligated to complete the research arbitration within a maximum period of two weeks from the date of his acceptance of arbitration.• The arbitrator is committed to scientific integrity in the arbitration of research without prejudice to any considerations.• The arbitrator is obliged to apologize for not accepting the arbitration of a research that is outside the scope of his specialization or does not have sufficient experience in it.• The arbitrator shall treat papers received for arbitration as confidential documents, and shall not disclose or discuss them with others.• The arbitrator may not exploit the research under arbitration in any way to achieve personal benefit for himself or others without right, and to disclose any conflict of interest.

• The arbitrator is obligated to make his observations about the research detailed in accordance with the approved arbitration model, and not to be satisfied with the overall examination and arbitration, and to direct his remarks to the research and not to the researcher.• In the event that the arbitrator refers to plagiarism or plagiarism in the scientific material that he is arbitrating, the arbitrator is obligated to refer to the paragraphs in which the plagiarism or plagiarism occurred, along with attaching evidence of that.

Aspects of scientific evaluation by references• The title of the research expresses the nature of the topic and the independent and dependent research variables• The research introduction is clear and paves the way for independent and dependent research variables and frames the research problem.• The research problem highlights the basic justifications for studying the subject and the extent of the need to study it, explaining the research gap.• Research questions are clear and specific and highlight the dimensions of the research.• Research hypotheses are clear, specific and testable, and reflect the research objectives.• The importance of research highlights results that can be used on a practical level and clarify the categories of beneficiaries of the research.

• Research objectives highlight the research variables and formulated in a direct manner.• The research methodology is appropriate to the nature of the research topic and has been applied in accordance with standard procedures.• The limits of the research are clear and define the aspects that frame the aspects of the research topic.• The determinants of the research highlight the most important intermediate variables that may affect the results of the research and the obstacles that hinder the generalization of the results.• Search terms define concepts and procedural definitions of all independent and dependent variables.• Previous studies are combined with the reference and theoretical framework and cited according to the last (10) years.• The research is based on a framework of previous literature and theories that establish the research variables.• The research sample is appropriate and reflects the original community and includes the appropriate number.

• Statistical treatments are appropriate, sound and appropriate to the nature of the variables and the subject.• The research procedures are clear and specify all the aspects that the researcher must follow in order to reach the results.• The results are reliable and organized linked to the research questions.• Discussions and interpretations of the results supported by all evidence and support from previous studies and theories.• Research recommendations are compatible with the research outputs and what has been reached and are applicable. The proposed research is based on what has been studied of independent and dependent variables, and the future need for expansion in conducting studies related to the structure of the variables used in the research.
