The impact of Remote Working on Job Performance During the Covid 19 Pandemic: A Field Study on the Employees of Education Administration in Bisha Governorate.

Abstract
This study aimed to assess the impact of remote work in light of the Covid-19 pandemic on the job performance of the employees of the Education Department in the city of Bisha. It also focused on the light of the independent variable "remote work", and its impact on the dependent variable "job performance" for workers.
The descriptive-analytical approach was used to suit this type of study. The study population included all 125 employees of the Bisha Education Department. The questionnaire - consisting of 22 items on the study variables - was designed according to the five-point Likert scale, and the Pearson correlation coefficient was used to verify internal honesty. Cronbach's alpha coefficient was used to ensure the stability of the resolution.
The outcome resulted in a statistically significant effect at (α ≤ 0.05) for remote work on workers' job performance, as well as the presence of an effect from the knowledge of workers on the job performance. It also increased the emergence of a positive impact of government initiatives for remote work on the job performance of workers. The study recommended the necessity of continuous development and keeping pace with the electronic progress of remote work. Ensuring the organization of work flows electronically. And allocating support to innovators in managing the work electronically in the organization. The necessity of distributing responsibilities so that the efficiency of electronic networks increases. The need to expand the use of electronic communication. The necessity of disseminating the remote work experience in more than one educational and administrative institution and building electronic communication channels. The need to focus on the readiness of educational administrations in terms of administrative readiness, electronic readiness and logistical readiness for crisis management.
