Manuscript form
A standard manuscript form, double-spaced on A4-sized paper, is requested. Font size is 12 and the theme is Times New Roman. Page on one side only and numbered consecutively.
The main body of the manuscript has major headings like Abstract, Introduction, Methods, Results, Discussion, and Conclusion. Original works should not exceeding 3000 words to be considered for publication (exclude the abstract and references list).
When preparing your manuscript, consider the following structure:
- Title page
- Manuscript title
- Abstract
- Key words
- The main text
- References
Title page. Concise and informative. It should be provided on a separate page. The title page should include the following:
- Authors information. Author names, highest academic degree earned, and institutional affiliations. The full names of the authors (last name in CAPITALS). Present the authors' affiliation(s) addresses (where the actual work was done) below the names. Indicate all affiliations with a lower-case superscript letter or number immediately after the author's name and in front of the appropriate address. Provide the full postal address of each affiliation, including the country name and, if available, the e-mail address of each author. If more than one author, affiliations should be given in the order in which the names appear.
Corresponding author. Clearly indicate who will handle correspondence at all stages of refereeing and publication, also post-publication. Ensure that phone numbers (with country and area code) are provided in addition to the e-mail address and the complete postal address).
- Conflict of Interest Statement. Insert all the declaration statement regarding conflicts of interest from all authors.
- Acknowledgments, including all funding sources.
Acknowledgments. This is used to identify people who have aided the authors in accomplishing the work presented.
Research funding. Authors must declare all sources of external research funding in their article and a statement to this effect should appear in the Acknowledgements section.
Manuscript title
A brief informative title (maximum 20 words) containing as many of the keywordsfor your submission as possible.
Abstract
- It should not exceed 250 words that summarize the major points of the study.
- No reference.
- No abbreviations.
-The abstract should be structured into headings such as: Introduction, Methods, Results, and Conclusion, - - - except for articles with a brief report, commentary, and letter to the Editor.
Key words
Below the abstract, provide 3 to 10 key words to assist in cross indexing the article.
The main text
It is divided into the following headings: Introduction, Methods, Results, Discussion, and conclusion.
Introduction. Provide adequate background information and a synthesis of a literature review relevant to the research topic. State the objectives of the paper and the significance of the study.
Methods. Include study design, Instrument with validity and reliability, sample size, data collection procedure, data analysis and ethical considerations.
Results. Give the main findings of the study. You may have subheadings as needed.
Discussion. Include analysis and interpretation of the findings, the implications and recommendations of the study, and study limitations.
Conclusion. Do not summarize or repeat the study results. Draw conclusions through synthesis of key points of the findings and briefly explain the relevance of the findings the practice/research/education/management as appropriate.
Figures and tables. They should be provided in separate files. File for Figures should provided at a sufficiently high resolution. Common formats are accepted, however, JPEG and PDF are preferred. All tables should be numbered with Arabic numerals. Headings should be placed above tables, left justified. Footnotes can be included below the table. Tables must be sent in Microsoft Word formate. All Figures and Tables should have a short explanatory title and caption.
References
The American Psychological Association (APA) Reference Style is used in this journal. Before submitting, review the reference style standards.
References in the Text and in the List of References should follow the APA style. The author is responsible for ensuring that the references are correct and that all references are quoted in the text and listed in the List of References at the end of the article.
Standard Writing Style
Only written papers in English are accepted. All manuscripts should be consistent in style, spelling, and use of abbreviations. Abbreviations should first be identified (spelled out) before their continued use throughout the manuscript. Avoid the use of slang and medical jargon, which are not appropriate in scientific research writing.
Proofreading is solely the author’s responsibility. To facilitate proper peer-reviewing of your manuscript, it is essential that it be submitted in grammatically correct English. If you are not a native English speaker, we recommend that you have your manuscript professionally edited before submission. You can use either American or British English as long as you use them in a consistent manner throughout the manuscript.
