Aims and Scope

King Abdulaziz University Journal: Engineering Sciences is an open-access peer-reviewed journal that aims to publish the results of high-quality research and studies conducted by researchers from King Abdulaziz University and other National and international institutes.  The journal welcomes high-standard research that contributes to local and international intellectual and scientific growth. It publishes original articles that present fundamental research describing new methods, structures, applications, and theories in all engineering disciplines.  The journal also accepts Review Articles that define the state of the art of current engineering challenges in addition to Notes to the Editor that comments on the published content or addresses important contemporary engineering issues.

Each article accepted by peer review is made freely available online immediately upon publication.  National and international researchers are welcome to submit their articles using the journal website https://journals.kau.edu.sa/index.php/JENGSCI.  There are no process fees and there are no publication fees. 

All submitted manuscripts to the KAU Journal of Engineering Sciences are subjected to a careful peer review process to ensure that all published articles are of the highest quality.  By submitting the manuscript to the KAU Journal of Engineering the author(s) assures that the manuscript was not accepted or being considered for publication by another journal.
