Abstract

The current research deals with studying and analyzing the problem of dealing with usury at the individual level and exploiting the economic conditions of poor institutions and countries to drown them in debt through usurious banks to exhaust them and killing the ambition of those institutions and countries for advancement and development to not to exploit their resources and become a strategic reserve for those countries and institutions, through Non-Islamic banks dealing with usury (Interests).


It aims to reveal the truth of fraud and dealing in usury under titles seem to be a solution, but the method leads to the economic collapse of individuals, institutions, and the state, and the opinion of Sharia and law.


The research refers to correct legal dealings, and it aims to clarify the ruling and penalties resulting from transgression in these financial transactions. The research plan includes an introduction, three chapters, a conclusion, and indexes to help the reader return to the topic. Chapter One discusses the topic of financing with loans in the banking systems of Through four topics; It devotes to the concept definition of financing in Islamic and Non-Islamic banking systems and the importance of loans from the economic perspective. Chapter Two discusses the jurisprudential and legal adaptation of bank loans in three topics in which it talks about the pretext of fraud to take usury and the jurisprudential and legal provision. Chapter Three discusses the policy of economic assassinations of state systems and their consequences in three topics. The conclusion includes findings and recommendations. Finally, the list of resources and references, and an index of topics.
