Abstract
This paper examines and analyses the topic of war cyber attacks, one of the most important challenges facing humanity in the time of the Fourth Industrial Revolution. Based on the descriptive and analytical approach, this study aims to provide an in-depth analysis of war cyber attacks according to the Tallinn Manual. And how it contributed to the release of radical changes in the structure of classical warfare, By turning it into a modern war supported by the use of soft cyber force as weapons such as viruses, spyware, hacking military and strategic information, The study also concluded that the impact of war cyber attacks is no different from that of conventional weapons in armed conflict.
