Abstract
This research addresses the jurisprudential deduction from Prophetic Hadith, focusing on its foundation and application. Hidden deduction refers to unintentional implications derived from the context of speech, yet essential to it. It signifies implicit commitment and is known as "indicative implication" or "textual indication" among scholars of jurisprudential principles.
The first section of the research examines the foundational aspect by explaining the meaning of deductions implication and its terminology in the field of jurisprudential principles. It also discusses its position among the indications of language and highlights the consensus of scholars on its validity. Additionally, the section outlines the conditions for applying the jurisprudential deduction from Prophetic Hadith and provides guidelines for testing such deductions.
The second section explores the significance of this research in shedding light on these hidden implications, including the utilization of Prophetic texts and extracting hidden rulings indicated by the text. It also emphasizes the eloquence of Prophetic Hadith and acknowledges the efforts of scholars in this regard.
The third section focuses on employing these implications in approximately ten Hadiths, elucidating the nature of these hidden implications in relation to jurisprudential rulings.
