Abstract

The current research deals with the provisions of financial fraud crime in the Saudi regime, a comparative study of Islamic jurisprudence.

The research was divided into: an Introductory Section in which I explained the nature of crime and its sections in the Saudi regime and Islamic jurisprudence.

Then, in the First Section, I dealt with the elements of the crime of financial fraud. In the Second Section, I showed the provisions for attempting the crime of financial fraud and the penalties resulting from this.
