Abstract

The research addressed " The skilled way of Hadith science of Imam Ibn daqiq Al-eid  "Sharh al-Ilmam bi-Ahadith al-Ahkam," Using the Chapter on Siwak as an Example." It consisted of two sections:

First Section: Imam Ibn Daqiq al-'Id and His Book "Sharh al-Ilmam bi-Ahadith al-Ahkam." This section had two sub-sections. The first sub-section provided a brief biography of Imam Ibn Daqiq, and the second discussed the The skilled way of Imam Ibn daqiq Al-eid in his book "Sharh al-Ilmam bi-Ahadith al-Ahkam."

Second Section: The skilled way of Imam Ibn daqiq Al-eid. This section had three sub-sections. The first discussed the skilled way of Imam Ibn daqiq Al-eid related to the Sanad of hadith science, the second discussed the skilled way of Imam Ibn daqiq Al-eid related to the contents of hadith science and the third Section detailed the criticisms made by Imam Ibn Daqiq against other scholars.

Among the most notable results were the scholarly stature of Imam Ibn Daqiq and the academic value of his book "Sharh al-Ilmam bi-Ahadith al-Ahkam," which contained precise scholarly issues, demonstrating its high standing in the science of hadith and the accuracy of its interpretations. The study also offered several recommendations, including: opening the door to further scientific studies on this book across multiple disciplines, and encouraging educational institutions to complete this book according to the methodology set forth by the author—may he rest in peace.
