Abstract

The study aimed to clarify the cases stipulated by the Saudi regulator in the system of job discipline for the fall of the disciplinary case, and what is meant by those cases.


The research included two sections in the first section dealt with talking about


The concept and characteristics of disciplinary action,


In the second section, he talked about the cases in which the disciplinary case is dropped, namely: the death of the defendant,


Health disability, lapse of time (prescription).


Then the conclusion included the most important results, then the research references.
