Abstract

This study seeks to research the poet's self and his return to childhood, which the poet considers a beautiful time, or an enjoyable mischief, but a deep philosophical outlook, and a reaction to the advanced stages of human age, with which he overindulged in feelings of seriousness, responsibility and giving, and the annihilation of the self in the other-or others; parents, family, work and society, so that returning to that childhood became like a defense mechanism against all of this, so that the return to that childhood became a defense mechanism.

This study will follow the descriptive and analytical approach in addressing the topic in terms of extrapolating the material from its sources and monitoring it, so the research addresses its material through these themes: Manifestations of childhood and the rhetoric of absence.
