Abstract

The current research, Entitled "The Issues of the Descent of the Quran and Revelation"  with an Explanation of Some of its Jurisprudence "Fiqh", Aims to discuss to collect the most important issues related to the descent of the Quran and revelation, with documenting it  in the Quran, Sunnah, and the sayings of the early generations of Muslims. The research also aims to shed light on some of the jurisprudence and implications of these issues, through the title of the subject and diligence in formulating it in a manner indicates the issue and extracting its jurisprudence and its significance, and its division into sections and topics that include the issues of the subject. This will serve as a foundation for all sciences related to the Quran and a reference for deriving evidence on the issues of the sciences of the Quran, distinguishing weak opinions from those based on sound evidence. The research emphasizes the need to gather all the evidence related to the sciences of the Quran, to organize it, and to clarify its implications based on the most valid evidence.
